EQUINE HEALTH ENTHUSIAST 

I have a passion for all things "horsey" especially as it relates to health and wellness. Having spent a lifetime with horses it has become increasingly obvious that the rigours of every day life, performance expectations and nutritional requirements can take their toll on a horse. I bring to the table:

​

  • many years of horse experience and competition.

  • 15 years as a riding instructor. 

  • Bachelor of Education BEd

  • Providing equine therapy services for horse owners since 2017. 

  • Equine health product retailer since 2009. 

  • 3 years program at the  Vluggen Institute for Equine Osteopathy program in 2019.

  • Equine Nutrition Certificate by Patricia A. Harris.

They say teamwork, makes the dream work, and since it is my goal to optimize your horses, health and performance to bring about your dream, it is often both beneficial and necessary to involve others to bring about desired results.

 

Where and when we can,  we will team up with both other professionals such as veterinarians,  equine nutritionist, farriers and the like in order to truly address the horse as a whole.

 

We are fortunate to be able to collaborate with veterinarian Dr. Meagan Peats of Mcburney Veterinary Services who has worked with several osteopaths/equine therapists to offer assistance, guidance and her professional abilities to improve health, wellness and performance.

 

We are also grateful for the in-depth knowledge that Joyann Woolsey, Nutrition Consultant,  brings to the table.  Her support and willingness to collaborate continues to provide positive solutions for many.
