SHIPPING AND PICKUP

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving.

  • PICK UP

    • ​Pickup can be arranged with Juanita Funk by calling 1-204-851-2112

    • Store hours are generally Mon - Sat 9am to 5 pm but always call ahead. 

  • SHIPPING

    • Full Stride Equine Therapy ships within Canada. ​

    • Shipping costs based on weight and location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 

You may return your item(s)* within 30 days of the order date to our location for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping charges or an exchange. Return shipping is at the customers expense. 

*The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging with tags still attached, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. If product has been worn, damaged or soiled, we regret a return will not be possible.
